Business Analyst

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements;
• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities;
• Develop business cases, process maps, and solution proposals;
• Support change initiatives and transformation programs;
• Provide functional support and optimize ERP systems;
• Drive ERP usage best practices and data governance;
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency and integrity across systems;
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and system improvements;
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS;
• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for business decision-making;
• Define and track KPIs aligned with business objectives;
• Support leadership with data-driven performance reporting;
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation within ERP, reporting, and business processes;
• Support adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize AI use cases;
• Contribute to AI governance, compliance, and responsible data use;
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their business applications;
• Work with IT leadership, business units, and global teams;
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder reviews;
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams;
• Ensure alignment with global IT and business strategies;
• Support implementation of business solutions and system improvements;
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes;
• Ensure solutions comply with data, security, and regulatory requirements;
• Maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and deliverables;
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and reduce costs;
• Identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.

• Ability to gather, define, and document business requirements;
• Ability to analyze end-to-end business processes;
• Experience developing business cases, process maps, and solution proposals;
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Quantum or equivalent;
• Knowledge of ERP best practices and data governance;
• Experience monitoring data quality and system data integrity;
• Experience designing dashboards and reports with Power BI and SSRS;
• Ability to analyze data trends and define business KPIs;
• Ability to identify and evaluate AI use cases.
