• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes to solve critical problems and target analysis efforts effectively;
• Connect data to narratives that provide actionable advice;
• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and select metrics aligned with business strategy and objectives;
• Translate complex requirements into clear requests for data engineering;
• Redesign recurring operational issues into scalable, long-term solutions by clarifying stakeholder needs and anticipating future requirements;
• Independently separate core issues from secondary noise to keep analyses focused on the main business question;
• Proactively manage project stakeholders, identify necessary collaborators, and keep them informed through structured communication and documentation.

• Have at least 4 years of relevant experience in an analytical or business-focused environment;
• Work independently and solve problems effectively when navigating ambiguous stakeholder requests;
• Have a proven track record in project management and drive initiatives in a structured and accountable manner;
• Write complex SQL queries proficiently;
• Have extensive experience with BI tools, specifically Looker and LookML;
• Communicate confidently and influence decision-makers with clear, data-driven recommendations;
• Identify effective technical solutions while building strong relationships with multicultural teams.

• Office role based in Amsterdam;
• Adyen is an office-first company and does not offer remote-only roles;
