задачи
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams;
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams;
- Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation;
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE);
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel);
- Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management;
- Support change management activities, including documentation and training materials;
- Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management;
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication.
требования
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services;
- Experience in developing digital banking application;
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations;
- Experience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects;
- Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively;
- Knowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Candidate must be based in Poland;
- Nice to have: Experience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives, Knowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets, Understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI), Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum).
