Business Analyst

Salmon Group Ltd provides financial services and develops technology solutions for the banking sector.

• Engage in business and systems analysis with an emphasis on IT integration within the banking sector;
• Implement IT systems in banking to analyze, optimize, and automate processes;
• Propose transformative solutions to enhance operational processes;
• Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to guide decision-making;
• Collaborate with Risks and Operations teams to improve debt collection and fraud prevention processes;
• Explore vendor and product integration;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, development, and design teams, to enhance processes through A/B testing and troubleshooting;
• Create documentation including BRDs, FSDs, specs, User Stories, Test Cases, and Use Cases;
• Apply systems thinking and collaborate with development teams to drive innovation.

• At least 1+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, IT integration, or a FinTech environment;
• Expertise in specifications, databases, software tools, problem-solving, and testing methodologies;
• Strong decision-making skills balancing development costs with business objectives;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Proficiency with APIs, system logs (e.g., Splunk), SQL, and DBMS principles;
• Nice to have: previous involvement in startups (100-300 people), proven track record in developing successful financial products.
