Business Analyst

• Partner with clients to discover high-impact AI use cases, leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business problems;
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, including data specifications and model performance metrics;
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and stakeholders to architect scalable AI solutions;
• Conduct workshops to discover AI capabilities and limitations for non-technical audiences;
• Redesign workflows to integrate AI components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability;
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver cohesive AI solutions;
• Ideate and evaluate AI-driven solutions based on feasibility, business value, and innovation potential.

• 4+ Years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Consultant, with 6+ months focused on AI/ML projects;
• Proven track record in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive models);
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, LLM, neural networks, etc.), current AI capabilities and limitations;
• Familiarity with AI tools and cloud platforms;
• C1 English proficiency with exceptional client-facing communication and storytelling;
• Nice to have: Agile (Scrum, SAFe) certifications, Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) certifications, AI/ML certifications (Google AI, Microsoft AI Engineer).
