Business Analyst

A leading telecommunications provider based in Nicosia operates as an established organization within the industry.

• Differentiate between “must-have” and “nice-to-have” requirements to support prioritization;
• Support workshops and stakeholder discussions across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Finance, and Legal to gather business needs and identify pain points;
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, user journeys, functional and non-functional requirements, wireframes, and data flow diagrams;
• Document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes;
• Map business requirements to existing capabilities, identify gaps, and suggest improvements;
• Support enhancements or configuration changes;
• Work closely with Technical Architects and development teams to ensure solutions are practical and scalable;
• Design comprehensive UAT test plans and scripts based on initial business requirements;
• Coordinate with business users to execute testing and ensure the CRM meets the "Definition of Done";
• Manage the defect logging process and prioritize fixes with the development team before go-live.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or Product Management;
• Experience in building requirements for systems’ implementations, including user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, and user flow diagrams;
• Proven experience working with third parties for projects’ implementation, integration, and migration;
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, and APIs;
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
• Fluency in English;
• Must be living in Cyprus;
• Nice to have: Prior experience with a telecommunications company, Greek language skills.

• Salary of 50,000 gross per annum.
