Business Analyst

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities;
• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements;
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technology teams;
• Collaborate with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives;
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented;
• Design, coordinate, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Support issue analysis, resolution, and re-testing;
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions;
• Act as a trusted liaison between business and technology;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Business Analysis practices, standards, and templates.

• Undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least two years of experience in a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role;
• Experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation;
• Experience in preparing business requirements, functional specifications, process models, or related artifacts;
• Experience working on technology-driven projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Understanding of Business Analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices;
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and change management processes;
• Familiarity with process modelling and workflow design;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Postgraduate degree, professional Business Analysis certification, experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
