Calypso IT Business Analyst for Securities Finance Application. Responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production and functional testing.

• Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide the development and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
• Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.
