- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science or similar.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in requirements gathering and workflow design (BPMN and UML).
- Experience with indicators, including their analysis, design and interpretation.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
