Business analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with us on a specific digital transformation project focused on optimizing property registration and cadastral processes in Azerbaijan. The project aims to improve existing registration workflows through structured requirements analysis, document processing, intelligent information retrieval, and AI-powered solutions.

• Analyze existing property registration and cadastral workflows.
• Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business rules, operational needs, and process dependencies.
• Prepare structured business requirements, process descriptions, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring clarification.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and understandable for the technical team.
• Maintain and update project documentation as requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with the project manager, stakeholders, and development team throughout the engagement.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in IT projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Ability to structure complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
