Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the delivery function of a mid-sized, member-owned UK financial services organisation. This is a hands-on role working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and support successful change delivery.

• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements;
• Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops;
• Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Analysing business processes, data and identifying improvement opportunities;
• Working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners and technology teams;
• Supporting solution design, testing, UAT and implementation;
• Managing requirements, dependencies and changes throughout delivery.

• 4 + years of hands-on Business Analysis experience;
• Experience delivering business and/or IT change projects;
• Strong requirements analysis, process mapping and stakeholder management skills;
• Basic SQL skills and confidence working with data;
• C1+ English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Confidence communicating with UK stakeholders, including senior colleagues;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently;
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid environments;
• Experience with UAT, data analysis or technology-enabled change;
• Relevant BA or Agile certification.

• For employees: 3500 EUR to 5300 EUR monthly (gross).
• For contractors: 22 EUR to 33 EUR per hour (plus VAT).
