Primary Function of Position:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance & Sales Operations, the Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving commercial performance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Leveraging data-driven insights, this role supports strategic decision-making, sales effectiveness, and business growth.
Key responsibilities include leading Territory Design, Quota Setting, and Segmentation & Targeting processes, supporting regional P&L management, and transforming complex data into actionable recommendations. The role partners closely with senior sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
