• Advise customers and help them maximize the value of the SaaS solution;
• Translate complex customer needs into smart, scalable technical solutions;
• Lead system and process implementations and provide strategic advice on mortgage and financial products;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer-specific solutions;
• Use market knowledge to provide insights that advance both the customer and Ohpen.

• At least 8 years of experience in the Dutch mortgage market;
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in a technology-driven environment;
• Deep knowledge of financial services, with a focus on mortgages;
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical, technical solutions;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and results.
