• Analyze business-unit requirements for IT systems, assess their feasibility, and check their alignment with existing software systems and solutions
• Prepare technical specifications and submit them to partner organizations for implementation; manage related communications, accept and test software solutions, and put them into operation

• Higher education
• Supervisory skills
• At least 2 years of experience in the financial and banking sector
• Basic knowledge of document generation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
• Knowledge of LSOFT-Bank
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent Armenian and knowledge of Russian and English
• Knowledge and application of business ethics
• Punctuality and sense of responsibility
• Organizational skills and effective time management
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, multitask, adapt to change, pay attention to detail, and work effectively in a team
• Analytical skills
