• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for information systems and digital products;
• Analyze existing business processes, identify problems, and design target processes;
• Prepare functional requirements, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and other necessary project documentation;
• Organize interaction between business customers, PMO, architects, and development teams;
• Participate in accepting implemented solutions and verifying their compliance with the initial business requirements;
• Track and request project status updates.

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst in requirements gathering and formalization, and business process description and analysis;
• Fluent Azerbaijani;
• Good command of English and Russian;
• Practical proficiency in BPMN, UML, or similar modeling tools;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and project team workflows;
• Ability to work simultaneously with business users and technical specialists.

• Salary is based on interview results;
• Five-day workweek;
• Working hours: 08:30–17:30;
