"Ardshinbank" OJSC operates in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements for Lsoft;
• Define and document functional specifications, business process flows, and use cases;
• Analyze existing banking business processes and identify areas for optimization;
• Perform gap analysis between current and target processes;
• Elicit, document, and maintain business and functional requirements aligned with business goals and system capabilities;
• Evaluate software solutions and business processes to identify improvement opportunities;
• Suggest enhancements, process optimizations, and new features with stakeholders;
• Create documentation to support the training and onboarding of business users.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in the FinTech sector;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements;
• Proficiency in the LSoft system;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Good working knowledge of English and Russian.
