• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions;
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams;
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross-functional teams;
• Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations;
• Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders and ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle;
• Support the development team during implementation and clarify requirements during sprints;
• Contribute to test case definition and user acceptance testing.

• Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques, including elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation;
• Practical experience in agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe;
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence;
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex business problems and communicate them clearly;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• 2–3 Years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role, ideally in IT or financial services;
• Nice to have: IREB CPRE Foundation Level certification, German, a university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field, familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms.
