• Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the Business Analyst Guild;
• Implement and advance business analysis methodologies, standards, and tools across the organization;
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training for guild members;
• Oversee the process of analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical tasks;
• Control the quality of business process modeling, including BPMN and UML, and implement best practices;
• Work closely with product, development, and design teams to achieve strategic goals;
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to effectively manage change and progress.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role;
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new practices across teams outside direct reporting lines;
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in business process modeling and analysis;
• Experience working in and establishing processes for Agile environments, such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or their equivalents;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries, experience in creating or managing a Center of Excellence or similar professional community, knowledge of international business analysis standards like BABOK, PMI-PBA, or CBAP certification, participation in relevant training or professional certification programs.
