NetU Group provides IT solutions and consulting services for large organizations across sectors such as law enforcement, justice, migration, social security, and financial services in Cyprus and internationally.

• Analyze and validate requirements from stakeholders, end-users, and subject matter experts;
• Ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications;
• Perform user trainings;
• Identify opportunities for automation of data management processes and lead initiatives to implement automation;
• Carry out routine testing of software implementation and quality assurance.

• University degree in an Information Technology related field;
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software projects;
• Experience with manual and automated testing methods and the full product development cycle;
• Technical experience in data processing and data design;
• Knowledge of application delivery process and business assessment;
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla;
• Knowledge of system testing tools;
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek;
• Nice to have: Experience in public sector projects, ISTQB certification or similar testing certification.
