The company operates at the intersection of product development, content expertise, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making and deliver high-quality information services.

• Partner with Product, Content Operations, and Engineering teams to understand business needs and support product and content initiatives;
• Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate opportunities, define requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of patent intelligence products;
• Analyze product, content, and operational information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
• Support the evaluation, integration, and ongoing management of patent content and data sources across multiple products;
• Investigate content, product, and system-related issues, perform analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution;
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation that support informed decision-making and ongoing product development;
• Prepare recurring insights and recommendations to support product planning, prioritization, and strategic initiatives;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, content quality, and product performance;
• Create and maintain clear documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role;
• At least 1 year of experience working with analytical and collaboration tools such as Excel, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence;
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience;
• English proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable insights, knowledge of Databricks, Python, or similar technologies, understanding of intellectual property (IP), patent content, or related information services, experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
