• Define the commercial logic behind growth decisions and establish frameworks for interpreting growth performance;
• Set the standard for growth model interpretation by assessing outputs from attribution, elasticity, incrementality, and forecasting models;
• Strengthen forecasting, elasticity, and investment governance by ensuring assumptions are evidence-based and aligned with company goals;
• Guide portfolio-level growth trade-offs across games, channels, geographies, and audiences;
• Connect marketing, product, finance, and company performance to identify synergies and commercial outcomes;
• Drive executive decision-making by turning complex analysis and uncertain evidence into clear strategic recommendations;
• Raise the analytical bar across teams by coaching others on commercial reasoning, modelling interpretation, and executive communication.

• Advanced analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured problems;
• Deep understanding of financial and growth metrics including CPI, RPI, ROAS, payback, incrementality, and marginal returns;
• Expertise in elasticity, response curves, scenario modelling, and investment planning;
• Technical fluency in working with large datasets using SQL, Python, or R to challenge model logic and identify weak assumptions;
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Finance;
• Strong executive communication skills to explain complex concepts in simple, business-relevant language;
• Nice to have: Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital entertainment, experience with marketing investment models, experience working with Finance teams on forecasts and budget planning, knowledge of BigQuery, Looker, or Airflow.
