• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for digital payment solutions;
• Collaborate with the team to enhance payment products;
• Ensure payment systems align with business goals, compliance standards, and security regulations;
• Create and maintain high-quality process flows and functional specifications;
• Gather insights from stakeholders to improve product functionality;
• Align business needs and technical solutions with stakeholders;
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent problems and improve system stability;
• Optimize business processes within microservices-based architectures;
• Query databases, analyze structured data, and generate reports using SQL;
• Test APIs, analyze responses, and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman;
• Work with REST APIs to ensure connectivity and efficiency in digital payment services;
• Develop and maintain diagrams including ERD, Sequence Diagrams, and BPMN;
• Identify and document edge cases to improve system robustness and reduce risks.

• 3+ Years of experience in IT Business Analysis, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or payment systems;
• Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, payment systems, and API integrations;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills;
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements;
• Proficiency in process modeling and requirements management;
• Understanding of modern software architectures and their business impact.
