• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements;
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions;
• Analyse existing GIS-related processes, workflows and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and delivery documentation;
• Collaborate with GIS Specialists, Data Teams, Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Support the implementation and enhancement of ESRI-based geospatial solutions;
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and business process modelling;
• Ensure GIS and business data requirements are accurately captured and documented;
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, coordination and execution;
• Assist with change management activities and promote stakeholder adoption of new GIS-enabled processes and technologies;
• Provide clear communication and regular updates to project teams and senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong experience working with ESRI/GIS technologies, including geospatial data, mapping solutions and GIS workflows;
• Experience delivering Business Analysis within geospatial environments;
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document both functional and non-functional requirements;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience facilitating workshops and business process mapping sessions;
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, deliverable solutions;
• Experience working across the full end-to-end project lifecycle;
• Availability to commit to a long-term engagement.
