задачи
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements;
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions;
- Analyse existing GIS-related processes, workflows and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and delivery documentation;
- Collaborate with GIS Specialists, Data Teams, Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle;
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ESRI-based geospatial solutions;
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and business process modelling;
- Ensure GIS and business data requirements are accurately captured and documented;
- Support testing activities, including UAT planning, coordination and execution;
- Assist with change management activities and promote stakeholder adoption of new GIS-enabled processes and technologies;
- Provide clear communication and regular updates to project teams and senior stakeholders.
требования
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst;
- Strong experience working with ESRI/GIS technologies, including geospatial data, mapping solutions and GIS workflows;
- Experience delivering Business Analysis within geospatial environments;
- Proven ability to gather, analyse and document both functional and non-functional requirements;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience facilitating workshops and business process mapping sessions;
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, deliverable solutions;
- Experience working across the full end-to-end project lifecycle;
- Availability to commit to a long-term engagement.
