DPG Media Nederland operates a wide portfolio of news brands, magazines, television programs, radio stations, and online services, reaching a significant majority of the Dutch and Flemish populations. The Advertising Ecosystem & Strategy team focuses on optimizing sales systems, processes, and integrations to support advertisers, agencies, and partners.

• Identify user and stakeholder needs, challenges, and opportunities with a focus on process improvement, automation, and AI;
• Analyze and visualize processes, data, and information to clarify complex issues and support decision-making;
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to reach shared insights and solutions with stakeholders;
• Design, prototype, and validate solutions to test ideas for value, feasibility, and usability;
• Translate business needs into concrete requirements, user stories, and future-proof processes;
• Guide implementation, evaluate results, and drive continuous improvement by identifying new optimization opportunities.

• HBO/WO level of education;
• 2 To 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or at the intersection of AI, Business, Data, and Technology;
• Experience with AI, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary product teams;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex issues;
• Experience translating insights into requirements, user stories, and process improvements;
• Nice to have: Experience with Design Thinking and the Double Diamond methodology.
