The company is a global leading retail organisation currently undergoing a significant period of transformation.
задачи
- Gather and translate business requirements from TA stakeholders into clear technical documentation for the P&T development team;
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams throughout the design and build process;
- Contribute to shaping UAT test scripts and approaches ahead of go-live;
- Document post-implementation technical processes, system configuration, and ways of working;
- Support delivery across multiple concurrent Oracle recruitment work packages.
требования
- Proven hands-on experience working with Oracle;
- Strong Business Analyst background with experience translating business requirements into technical documentation;
- Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical development teams;
- Nice to have: Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud / Oracle Recruitment modules.
