• Manage complex backlogs and drive platform adoption across global teams;
• Translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable, ruthlessly prioritized backlog items;
• Maintain the Platform POD backlog with ruthless prioritization against the 7 pillars;
• Capture requirements from Adoption PODs and feed them back into platform priorities;
• Own the platform's evidence-of-value narrative by tracking which features impact specific KPIs;
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding platform releases, including release notes, migration paths, and deprecations.

• 8+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Product Owner, or Product Manager working on developer-tooling, infrastructure, or cloud platform products;
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and ability to communicate effectively with systems engineers;
• Proven track record of managing complex backlogs with multiple dependencies and global stakeholders;
• Experience defining and moving platform-specific KPIs;
• Nice to have: Engineering background.
