• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data models and technical specifications for the Data Engineering team;
• Design, structure, and maintain data models, including star and snowflake schemas, optimized for analysis and reporting;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of data definitions, data lineage, and data dictionaries;
• Design, build, test, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines from various sources into the data warehouse;
• Develop ETL processes using Stambia or other market-standard ETL tools;
• Implement automated checks to ensure the reliability and integrity of loaded data;
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX and Power Query/M;
• Take ownership of projects from requirements gathering to final delivery.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in a similar role, such as Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer, with a dual focus on analysis and ETL development;
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, optimizations, and stored procedures;
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse concepts, including the Kimball methodology;
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query/M;
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Knowledge of Python or Unix/Linux scripting;
• Fluent French and English;
• Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical business users and highly technical developers;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset;
• Nice to have: Direct experience with Stambia, experience with Talend, Informatica, SSIS, Data Factory, or dbt, prior experience in banking, finance, or insurance, understanding of financial instruments, regulatory compliance, risk management, or retail banking data.
