The data analytics department supports evidence-based business decision-making by processing, analyzing, and visualizing data, as well as creating and automating analytical products.

• Analyze and visualize data;
• Create and automate analytical products;
• Work with, clean, and structure large volumes of data;
• Generate and evaluate variables from different sources;
• Derive data-driven insights and present them to the business;
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other teams;
• Create and implement AI-based solutions to automate repetitive tasks, including prompts, custom instructions, Skills, and agents.

• Know data analytics, transformation, and visualization methods;
• Understand the fundamentals of statistics;
• Have experience with Python;
• Know SQL;
• Use Power BI or other visualization tools;
• Have English proficiency at B2 level;
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Have a strong sense of responsibility;
• Be punctual and manage time effectively;
• Handle multiple tasks and set priorities correctly;
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication;
• Use AI assistants such as Claude independently and effectively for analytical tasks;
• Formulate high-quality context and prompts by defining the right direction, constraints, and expectations;
• Build simple AI-based automations using prompts, custom instructions, Skills, and agents;
• Have at least 1 year of work experience in data analytics;
• Have higher education in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, economics, or a related field;
• Nice to have: PySpark experience, financial industry experience.
