• Develop and maintain robust Excel analyses, reports, and SQL queries to address business questions and performance metrics;
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings through visualizations and presentations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions;
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical processes;
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support strategic initiatives, assess market opportunities, and monitor competitive landscapes;
• Manage multiple analytical projects concurrently and deliver timely results;
• Construct financial and statistical models using SQL and Excel to forecast performance and assess risk.

• 3+ Years of experience in a data analysis role within the finance industry or a related analytical field;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field;
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization;
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Deep understanding of financial concepts, metrics, and reporting principles;
• Nice to have: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA), experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
