• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance;
• Develop clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support decision-making;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on analysis;
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various sources and processes;
• Work alongside experts in various technological domains.

• Professional experience working with data, including exposure to data engineering concepts;
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation, including query optimization and indexing;
• Experience with cloud-based technology and solution design, such as Microsoft Azure products and Databricks;
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Scala, or R;
• Hands-on experience across the data lifecycle from gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Experience in insurance, interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques (particularly NLP or text analytics), knowledge of additional European languages.
