Advanced excel data analyst in SuccessFactors

We are supporting a client who requires an experienced Excel Data Analyst for a new remote project. This is a full‑time 3‑month contract with the possibility of extension. The consultant will be responsible for analysing and preparing data for migration from Excel into the client’s SAP SuccessFactors system. This includes working closely with stakeholders to gather required information, performing detailed data analysis, transforming and validating data, and ensuring accurate reconciliation throughout the migration process.

• Analyse and prepare data for migration from Excel into SAP SuccessFactors
• Perform data transformation, validation and reconciliation activities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and verify required data
• Support data migration processes and ensure data quality throughout
• Provide progress updates, reporting and documentation
• Assist with post‑migration checks and issue resolution

• Strong experience working as an Excel Data Analyst
• Proven background in data migration and data transformation
• Experience loading and migrating data into SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Strong understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes
• Fluent English speaker
• Available for immediate interview and start
