DermLux is a group of five doctor-led laser and medical aesthetics clinics in Cyprus, with a team of about 50 people. Our Paphos clinic — our largest, with five treatment rooms — is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is an in-house, on-site role in Paphos.

- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team
- Set and deliver monthly sales targets
- Turn enquiries and consultations into treatment plans and packages
- Build long-term client relationships and follow-up processes
- Work closely with our doctors, aestheticians and client-care team
требования
- Proven experience in sales, including leading or coaching a sales team (required)
- Excellent communication in Greek and English
- Target-driven, organised and genuinely client-focused
- Будет плюсом: Experience in aesthetics, beauty, health or premium services is a strong advantage
