• Research and identify companies that match the target profile
• Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and other research tools
• Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Write personalized outreach messages tailored to each prospect
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
• Keep the CRM updated with lead status, communication history, and next steps

• At least 1 year of experience in cold B2B outbound sales or lead generation
• Experience with multichannel outbound via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Hands-on experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach, or similar tools
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft concise, personalized outreach messages
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
