задачи
- Drive trading volume by understanding clients’ liquidity needs, identifying suitable high-touch and low-touch execution services, and providing real-time execution support and market color
- Build and maintain counterparty relationships through quality execution, daily market updates on liquidity and flow themes, and consistent service delivery
- Partner with Sales, Financing, and Account Management teams to identify, onboard, and monetize new client relationships, and surface opportunities across Coinbase’s institutional product suite
- Share structured client and marketplace feedback with institutional Product Managers to guide product development across spot trading and financing
- Monitor market sentiment, trading activity, and client positioning in real time, and keep internal teams informed to support strategic decisions
требования
- At least 3 years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution, including direct experience in daily execution and settlement
- Strong options trading skills, including pricing, hedging, and risk management of vanilla and/or exotic structures; fluency in Greeks, volatility dynamics, and options market microstructure
- Ability to build and maintain institutional counterparty relationships and translate market insight into trusted, high-value interactions
- Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications on macro, crypto, or digital asset themes
- Responsible use of generative AI, with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable workflow improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
- Weekend availability is required; Saturday and Sunday are working days
условия
- Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): £127,205 - £133,900 GBP
- Total compensation may also include equity, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision benefits
- Quarterly in-person working sessions called “surges.”
