Generation specialist

We’re looking for a person who’s more than just a prospector - someone who brings creativity to outbound lead generation. If you’re tired of “spray and pray” and want to build an intelligent, high-converting outreach system, this role is for you. You’ll work directly with our Head of Business Development to drive outbound efforts, test hypotheses, shape messaging, and build outreach processes that generate new clients across target regions (US, EU, CIS).

• Collaborate with the Head of BizDev to refine Azati’s GTM strategy, ICP and USP
• Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns to generate leads
• Actively test messaging hypotheses, CTAs, and audience segments
• Utilize AI-driven tools to personalize and scale outreach efforts efficiently
• Maintain clear lead tracking and funnel visibility in HubSpot CRM
