• Process cash and non-cash transactions, including opening and closing current accounts, setting up and terminating deposits, making local, branch, and international transfers, disbursing loan or credit line funds, processing cash deposits and withdrawals, exchanging foreign currency, activating remote banking services, preparing certificates, and issuing powers of attorney
• Guide customers to remote service channels and teach them how to make transactions through remote and digital channels
• Accept card applications, order cards, and issue them
• Collect, prepare, and verify operational documents for the business day
• Refer customers to the appropriate specialist when sales potential is identified
• Identify customers (KYC), collect and verify required documents, enter customer data into the relevant system, ensure documents are properly signed, and update them on time

• Higher education, preferably in economics or a related field
• Good command of Armenian, English, and Russian
• Customer-focused approach
• Effective sales skills and techniques
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team
• Flexibility and ability to respond quickly
