SOFTSWISS supplies iGaming software solutions. Its Casino Platform provides the core infrastructure operators use to launch, manage, and scale online casino businesses, covering account management, game operations, responsible gaming, and regulatory compliance.
задачи
Coordinate communication between the Client and internal teams
Represent the Client within the Casino Platform
Assist the Client with technical requests and issues via the helpdesk
Perform initial troubleshooting, debugging, and issue iteration
Escalate unresolved cases to related teams
Prioritise and manage the Client’s requests and issues
Consult the Client on using the product
Act as a stakeholder for client-relevant product requests
Iterate on the Client’s ideas and problems to tailor the product to their needs
Proactively monitor the Client’s system and its technical and business metrics
требования
English proficiency at B2 or higher
Russian proficiency at C1 or higher
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical thinking, including distinguishing correlation from causation, identifying patterns, solving complex problems, and thinking critically under pressure
Experience with business analysis and product management processes to align technical solutions with customer needs
Previous experience in large-scale software development environments, including customer-facing roles
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, ELK (primarily Kibana), and JIRA
Proficiency in analyzing datasets to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and understanding of data-driven systems
Good command of HTML and CSS
