• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing;
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build thorough hiring processes;
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports, maintaining pipeline health and proactively sharing insights and recommendations with hiring teams;
• Build and nurture a candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and relationship management;
• Improve the candidate experience by gathering feedback, analyzing survey data, and implementing process improvements;
• Identify and lead projects involving workflow automation, AI-driven tooling, and process redesign;
• Mentor and coach team members, share effective practices, and train the team on new tools, technologies, and best practices.

• 5+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment;
• Strong track record of closing senior technical talent;
• Understanding of technical roles, including engineering, data science, and product management;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation in recruiting workflows;
• Exceptional communication skills;
• Ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to C-suite;
• Solutions-first mindset with the ability to identify friction and automate manual processes;
• Customer-first approach toward hiring managers and candidates.
