The Talent Acquisition team generates and maintains an active candidate pipeline to fill positions. Its activities include sourcing passive candidates through various recruitment channels, proactive outreach, referral generation, and managing hiring managers’ expectations.

• Track and maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Conduct focused searches to identify suitable candidates through internal and external recruitment channels, including the Applicant Tracking System, job boards, user groups, niche sites, and networking sites
• Engage with internal hiring managers
• Advise and support business areas through the hiring process
• Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects
• Track and maintain metrics, including candidate status, cycle time, and production ratios

• 1+ Years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment, preferred, or a combination of corporate and agency experience
• Experience generating candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience managing specialized recruiting programs, candidate management, client management, vendor and agency management, immigration policy, legal and compliance issues, compensation, and candidate negotiations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Results-driven mindset focused on meeting recruitment goals and targets
