• Execute complex, loosely defined tier 2 recruiting operations across EMEA
• Automate operational processes, document them, and hand them off to the coordination team for ongoing maintenance
• Work on larger AI implementation projects in partnership with analytics and AI colleagues
• Own day-to-day recruiting operations across EMEA

• 4+ Years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role at a fast-growing company
• A track record of making messy, undefined processes clear, repeatable, and reliable
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, and the ability to hand off work for others to maintain
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets
• Strong cross-functional skills, including partnering with analytics and AI teams and explaining trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
