задачи
- Gather hiring requirements from managers and clients and create job descriptions;
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels;
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview stages;
- Manage offers, communicate with candidates, and support the onboarding process;
- Maintain ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports.
требования
- 6+ Months in full-cycle recruitment;
- Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists is required;
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search;
- English level B1+ — written communication and reading;
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership;
- Nice to have: Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
