• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia;
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels;
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates’ motivation, communication style, and market fit;
• Coordinate interview stages with hiring managers and keep the process moving;
• Maintain an organized recruitment pipeline;
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights;
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and friendly candidate experience.

• 3+ Years of recruitment experience;
• At least 1 year of experience in international hiring;
• Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles;
• Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets;
• Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer;
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills;
• Good organizational skills and an ownership mindset;
• Working proficiency in English, B2 or higher;
• Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools;
• Nice to have: Russian language skills, fintech experience.
