• Organize and coordinate employee assessments, learning programs, and professional development initiatives
• Administer and enhance the SANA LMS platform to support effective learning experiences
• Develop and improve onboarding, retention, and talent development programs, including Buddy, HiPo, and leadership initiatives
• Improve and automate HR and L&D processes by implementing new tools and best practices
• Partner with managers and employees to identify development needs and support business goals
• Use AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance learning processes and employee experience

• 2–3+ Years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Partner roles
• Experience designing and managing employee development, onboarding, performance review, and talent development initiatives
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize HR and L&D processes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and training sessions
• Experience with LMS platforms and HR systems
• Intermediate+ English and the ability to communicate in an international environment
• Experience using AI-powered tools to automate HR processes, create learning content, and improve operational efficiency
