IT recruiter in the Portuguese market

After doubling our team size over the past two years, we are continuing our growth journey by welcoming an experienced IT Recruiter to join our Lisbon office, specifically focused on expanding and strengthening our presence in the Portuguese market within Iberia.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for freelance IT consultants across technical verticals.
• Source, map, and cultivate a robust network of candidates within a high-demand sector.
• Drive candidate engagement through outreach, technical profiling, screening, interview stages, and overall pipeline tracking.
• Partner closely with the Business Development team to align candidate sourcing directly with client requisitions and delivery goals.

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, with proven exposure to the Portuguese IT/freelance market.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese; professional working proficiency in English (minimum C1).
• Results-driven mindset, high commercial acumen, self-starter mentality, and structured pipeline management.
• Mandatory EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization.
