• Taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements to signing a contract with the Candidate
• Actively communicating with all process stakeholders
• Creating reports for the Client
• Sourcing candidates (database, LinkedIn, etc.) and conducting screening

• At least 2 years of experience in a position related to recruitment
• Excellent knowledge of Polish
• Excellent communication skills
• Independence in action and taking responsibility
• You must be a team player
• English at B2 level or higher
• You must have a passion, something that fascinates you outside work

• Base salary of 6,000–9,000 net + VAT on a B2B contract, plus commissions of up to 10% of the value of completed projects
• Work in an office near Plac Zawiszy and Rondo Daszyńskiego
