• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, conduct interviews, and oversee the orientation and integration process for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and staff, addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and boosting employee morale.
• Performance Management: Develop evaluation systems, organize performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Design, implement, and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration, structure benefits packages, and review salary benchmarks

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience and proven success working with recruitment platforms, specifically HH.uz, Huntme, and LinkedIn.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 1+ years of progressive experience in HR or full-cycle recruiting.
• Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor legislation, HR metrics, and HR information systems (HRIS).
