Playrix develops game products. Its HR Generalists support product teams and work directly with product leads and their teams, with each HR Generalist supporting around 250 employees on average.

Organize onboarding for new hires, run welcome meetings, handle adaptation administration, and track probation deadlines
Resolve standard HR questions from employees and managers, and involve specialist teams for relocation, benefits, and employment paperwork
Support internal transfers, changes to employment terms, and salary reviews by tracking deadlines, approvals, and data accuracy
Administer performance reviews, ensuring meetings happen regularly, feedback is recorded on time, and managers complete required steps
Support offboarding, advise managers, coordinate each stage, conduct exit interviews, and analyze reasons for leaving
Maintain employee and team data, prepare analytics for leadership, and flag HR process issues
Run surveys, prepare HR communications, and help improve team-wide processes
требования
3+ Years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations
Experience supporting a headcount of 100+ employees
Hands-on experience independently managing onboarding, adaptation, internal transfers, and offboarding
Understanding of salary review and performance review processes, including tracking deadlines and approvals and documenting outcomes; managers make employee decisions
Experience with HR systems and employee data, attention to errors, and ability to use data to resolve day-to-day issues
Intermediate English or higher
