As our HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees at our sites in Allschwil and Steinhausen. You will play a key role in supporting people-related initiatives, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance while helping our business build engaged and high-performing team

• Advise and support managers on organizational, talent, and employee-related matters
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives
• Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged workplace culture
• Manage onboarding, promotions, transfers, contract amendments, and offboarding activities
• Coordinate employment documentation in collaboration with HR shared services and recruitment teams
• Ensure accurate employee data management and HR administration
• Provide guidance on performance management, absence management, and employee relations topics
• Support investigations and conflict resolution while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
• Support annual compensation reviews and promotion processes
• Advise employees and managers on Swiss social security, pension plans, insurance, and statutory benefits
• Collaborate with payroll and HR service teams to ensure accurate and compliant processes
• Ensure compliance with Swiss employment legislation and company policies

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within an international organization
• Experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong understanding of Swiss labor law, social security, benefits, and employment practices
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar platforms
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and work independently
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent English and German are required. French is considered an advantage
• Friendly working atmosphere in a great team and a highly collaborative setup
• Hybrid setup with an weekly onsite presence in the office – one day in Steinhausen and one day in Allschwil
