• Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, including senior management and C-level positions
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and retention initiatives
• Oversee payroll coordination, employment contracts, benefits, and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation and employment regulations
• Implement HR KPIs, reporting, performance management, and process improvements
• Build and develop a high-performing HR team and support organisational growth

• 5+ Years of HR experience, including 2+ years in an HR leadership position
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people management
• Knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ukrainian fluency
• English fluency
