• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for top-tier Enterprise Account Executives and Directors capable of closing complex, multi-million-euro T&E transformations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to our EMEA Enterprise SVP and regional RVPs - influencing headcount strategy, market mapping, talent benchmarking, and compensation architecture.
• Architect sophisticated, multi-channel sourcing campaigns targeting the top 1% of enterprise software sellers across mature and greenfield markets.
• Skillfully position Navan’s market dominance and disruptive FinTech narrative against legacy enterprise vendors to win over passive industry leaders.
• Lead structured, highly selective evaluation loops with hiring panels to maintain an uncompromising talent bar across all EMEA territories.
• Manage complex interview cycles with high-touch professionalism, precision, and urgency from initial engagement to multi-variable offer negotiations.
• Track conversion rates, hiring velocity, and pipeline health, using operational data to guide business decisions and remove bottlenecks.

• 5–7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience specializing in Enterprise Software / SaaS Sales (Account Executives, Strategic Sales, Enterprise Leadership) within a high-growth, Tier-1 environment.
• Proven ability to counsel, challenge, and align with C-level and SVP-level stakeholders as an equal peer.
• Deep fluency in modern Enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger) with an instinct for spotting genuine high performers.
• Resourceful, discreet, and persistent in unearthing and engaging passive top performers who are not actively on the market.
• Exceptional organization, pipeline management, and ability to balance high-volume regional expansions without dropping details.
• Complete professional fluency in English; additional European language capabilities (French, German or Dutch) are a plus.
